Though I research a company and have questions prepared in advance for my interview, I often find that by the end of the interview I've either asked those questions already, or the information has come up in the interview.  I know it's essential to have a couple/few good questions for the interviewer at the end. Can you suggest? Thank you.

How many questions did you prepare for your previous interviews? My recommendation is to come up with three times that amount. Hopefully by having more questions prepared, you will have several to ask by the end of the interview.
At the end of the interview, it’s also time to reflect on what was said during your interview and make sure you understand the position, company, next steps, etc.,. Was there anything that was confusing? This would be a time to ask those clarifying questions.

It’s always nice to ask the interviewer about their personal experiences in the company.  Or what a “day in the life” of this particular position would look like.  I would definitely take notes during the interview and then recap the conversation at the end just to let the interviewer know that you were paying attention. 
You mentioned that you do research about the company prior to your interview.  Another suggestion would be to mention something you read online.  Did they recently win an award for something?  Were they mentioned in an article about anything?  You need to find a way to tie in the fact that you came prepared and that you did your “homework” with everything that has been shared during your interview.  You may need to go in with double the amount of questions you originally started with in hopes that they won’t cover everything.

Yes- it is important to come prepared with a few questions to ask after the interview. You can always ask ?'s about the future vision of the company, challenges, obstacles, day in the life of , and or career journey of the individual you are interviewing with.

It’s great that you do your research on the company and have questions prepared prior to the start of the interview. If you find that a lot of your company-specific questions are answered throughout the course of the interview, save the last questions to be geared more towards the interviewer’s personal experience at the company. You can ask how they came to join the company, what they like about it, or where they could see improvements. Another good question to ask is what career development or opportunities are available after starting in the position you are applying for. If any questions pop up during the interview, write them down so that you don’t forget during the course of the interview.
