I've been interviewing recently and have made it to the final round for several positions but have been turned down in every instance. I haven't received valuable feedback and don't want to keep doing the same thing as it seems to not be working. How can I learn what I need to change?

This is a tough question for all parties. I would candidly ask your recruiter or the person who is letting you know that you did not receive the opportunity for feedback. Giving and receiving feedback is never easy. Another option is to do mock interviews with trusted folks who can coach you on your interviewing skills. There are great interview tips on the internet and even videos you can use as sources. If you are in school, your career center can provide many resources to assist in interviewing to include mock interviews. I would keep plugging away and something will come your way.

This is definitely a difficult situation and can be frustrating. I would recommend asking your recruiter for feedback as to why you were not selected. If you are in school, another option you could consider is reaching out to your career services. Many times employers will host "Mock Interviews" on campus and will provide feedback on the spot. Finally, I would recommend practice, practice, practice. There are a lot of interview tips and tricks online and sometimes it just takes a little bit of practicing and thorough preparation! I hope this helps and good luck with your search!
