In this current job market would I be better off going straight from a Bachelors degree to an MBA program instead of entering the work force right away?

My personal opinion is that it is always better to get some work experience before pursuing your MBA.  Your MBA coursework will likely be easier and more enriching if you are able to apply actual work experience to it and most employers will contribute to the cost of your MBA, some will pay for all if of it.  Also, work experience is almost always more valuable than classroom education, one of the reasons you see more and more of a shift to experiential learning on college campuses.  Employers will generally care more about your internships/co-ops/part-time jobs than what you did in the classroom.

Specific to your job market point, in many ways, today's job market could be the best it's ever been, take advantage of that and get work experience now.  In softer job markets, seeking your MBA right after your Bachelors is more viable since it's just harder to find the right job and the extra education can make the difference.
